Blackstone has appointed Knight Frank to seek £18m for CityGate, which is located on St Mary's Gate, with a net yield of almost 7%. CityGate was constructed in 2008 and has 58,488 sq ft of offices, a 126-bedroom hotel and car parking spaces.
