Landmark hotels sets Far East Tourism goal
The Grand Hotel & Spa, York is on a mission to become the most China-friendly hotel in the north of England.
To coincide with the National Day of the People’s Republic of China on October 1, the hotel has launched a series of initiatives to achieve its goal, including employing a Mandarin-speaking member of staff, and putting six employees a year through Mandarin language lessons.
