£300m cultural quarter unveiled as SOYO
The Quarry Hill area of Leeds is to be re-branded SOYO as part of a £300m transformational scheme designed to create a new cultural quarter and neighbourhood.
Wetherby-based Caddick Developments last night revealed their regeneration plans behind the six acre Quarry Hill site to establish a place to live, work and be entertained in Leeds.
The firm plans to build 515 hotel-style apartments available for the rent, new bars, restaurants and a hotel. SOYO (SOuth of YOrk Road) will also feature some of the biggest public green space...
