Hotel hits £3.6m revenue in six months
A North Yorkshire hotel, spa and country estate has revealed a record six-month trading period, with a turnover of £3,6m for the first six months of this year.
The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa, near Skipton, employs 200 staff and is set to post a record financial year of £7.9m, from April 2017 to March 2018 - a 10% growth on the previous year. The business says that staycations are proving popular with customers.
