Property developer builds for growth with £40m finance deal
Leeds property developer Parklane Properties has secured a £40.8m funding deal to target growth across its core brands.
The funding from RBS will boost future expansion plans for the group of companies, which includes Roomzzz aparthotels and IconInc luxury student accommodation.
Parklane Properties is behind a number of Leeds developments, such as The Edge, which launched in 2015 and The Glassworks in the city centre which has recently opened.
