Work starts on transformation of Grade II listed former library into gym and fitness centre

Work to transform a landmark Leeds city centre building into a gym and fitness centre is underway. Leeds-based property company Rushbond has appointed contractor The Broadley Group to restore the former York Road Library to provide a new facility for low cost gym operator The Gym Group.
