Luxury perfume house to launch in Leeds

A luxury perfume house, founded by the court barber and perfumer to Queen Victoria, is opening its first store in Leeds. The new 115 sq m store, set to launch in the autumn, will be located in Victoria Quarter, the Grade II listed arcades which form part of Hammerson’s Victoria Leeds estate. Established in the late 19th Century, the company’s fragrances are still based on the recipes of its founder William Penhaligon.
