Village’s £30m flood scheme to get underway

Work is set to get underway this autumn on the Mytholmroyd village flood alleviation scheme in West Yorkshire. The Environment Agency will be submitting a series of submissions for planning permission this week, with further submissions planned for September allowing construction to start on the £30m scheme in November, Construction Enquirer reported.
