Manufacturer to create jobs as work starts on North Yorkshire warehouse expansion

Work is underway on a four-month project to create a 975 sq m warehouse and access road at Cod Beck Blenders’ purpose-built eight acre site at Dalton in Thirsk. The £1m expansion, backed by a grant from the Let’s Grow Regional Growth Fund, is expected to create at least a further 10 jobs in 2018. Cod Beck Blenders, which provides toll and contract manufacturing services across a range of sectors, is adding almost 50% to its current storage capacity creating a further 1,450 pallet spaces.
