Rugby league club York City Knights has appointed Garbutt + Elliott to provide accountancy and business services.
The York and Leeds-based accountancy practice has handled the club’s payroll needs since the beginning of 2017 and has now been appointed to deliver a range of services to support further development of the club.
The Knights were bought by sports management consultant, Jon Flatman, in December 2016 and he has ambitious plans to turn the club into York’s leading sports club on and off the pitch.
