A vacant pub that had stood empty for four years is getting a new lease of life thanks to Bradford Brewery. Bradford is reopening the Exchange Ale House in the city centre, taking the lease from trust Inns for the bar, below the grade 1-listed Wool Exchange on Market Street. The hostelry had fallen into disrepair and the brewery is investing in an extensive refurbishment, maintaining its vaulted brick barrel ceiling and flagstone floor.
