Supercar manufacturer McLaren signs up to 75,000 sq ft at AMP
McLaren has agreed a deal for a 75,000 sq ft bespoke unit at the Advanced Manufacturing Park.
The supercar manufacturer announced in February it intended to create 200 jobs with a £50m investment, as part of its research partnership with the University of Sheffield's Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre.
Now, Harworth Group, the brownfield regeneration and investment specialist, has announced that it has signed a 20-year lease with McLaren on the AMP unit, which will be designed and built by the developer.
