£7.5m awarded for upgrade to major route in Hull
Funding of £7.5m has been allocated to improve a major transport route in Hull.
Confirmed by the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the cash and will support the development of an integrated transport scheme for Stoneferry Road that will aim to improve access to several Humber Enterprise Zone sites, improve journey times and journey time reliability, provide better facilities for pedestrians and cyclists, and address congestion hot spots that impact the Stoneferry Road corridor.
