One of the two founding partners of Leeds-based boutique insolvency and litigation law firm Carrick Read Insolvency has joined LCF Law as a partner.
David Barker, an experienced insolvency lawyer and litigator, first qualified as a Barrister in 1993, before joining Hammond Suddards, where he worked in the dispute resolution and debt recovery team. He then moved to Read Hind Stewart, which became part of Cobbetts, before co-founding Carrick Read Insolvency in Leeds 16 years ago.
