Work underway on train station’s retail development
Work is underway on a retail development at Hull Paragon Railway Station.
Four retail / leisure pods are being constructed with completion expected by late November.
Transpennine Express is funding the work and has appointed Ryden as sole marketing agent for the terrace style shops which are situated adjacent to the main entrance.
The four units range from 1,291 sq ft to 1,420 sq ft and can be opened up to create larger accommodation if required.
