West Yorkshire logistics units snapped up in £26m deal

Two industrial units in West Yorkshire have been acquired in a £25.9m deal. Moorfield Logistics Partnership (MLP), on behalf of Moorfield Real Estate Fund III and Moorfield Group, the UK real estate private equity fund manager, has bought two logistics units in Huddersfield from Aviva Investors. Unit one is 385,498 sq ft and is let to Instore, which operates 340 stores across the UK including Poundstretcher and Ponden Mill.
