Former Knight Frank professional teams up to launch Leeds office venture
Two property professionals have teamed up to launch a Leeds serviced office business.
Alex Duckett, formerly of Knight Frank and Savills, has joined up with owner of Leeds office parks Carrwood and Brookfield Court, Oliver Corrigan, on the new venture.
The new venture is called Gilbanks and will deliver services office space in Yorkshire cities, starting with Leeds.
