Corporate financier takes on AIM-listed role

Corporate finance veteran Stephen Hammell has been given a spot on the board of an AIM-listed Yorkshire business. Cyber security group ECSC has hired Hammell as chief financial officer, with effect from tomorrow. Hammell was most recently group finance director at IT consultancy eBECS, which he guided through a divestment from Computer Sciences Corporation.
