Hotels and major commercial space set to launch at Tetley Brewery site
Approval is being sought for plans for the Tetley Brewery which could create 6,500 jobs, developing two hotels and thousands of square foot of commercial space for retail and restaurants.
Developers have submitted an outline planning application to Leeds City Council for the development of the site.
Property groups Vastint and GL Real Estate have lodged the application to allow them to begin work on offices, residential and commercial buildings on the site, as well as a public realm including a park.
