Big names sign as tenants to refurbished office scheme

Global engineering and development consultancy Mott Macdonald and software and professional services company SDL have signed up as tenants to a refurbished office scheme in Sheffield. The deals Mott Macdonald take the third (part) and fourth floors at Derwent House, totalling 16,400 sq ft, while SDL has signed for the first and second floors, totalling 19,600 sq ft.
