New stats reveal the North West’s Generation Rent

More families across the North West are opting to set up home in rented accommodation - that's according to new data released by property management specialist, SDL Group.

SDL is managing a growing portfolio of family homes funded by Gatehouse Bank and Sigma Capital Group plc, which to date has built nearly 1000 new homes across 20 sites under its DifRent brand. A further 1,000 units are due for completion in the area over the next 18-months.
