An entrepreneur from Solihull who trained as an accountant has introduced one of the UK's cheapest MOT tests, in a bid to combat the "unnecessary profiteering and upselling" by garages.

Kamran Saleem, aged 35, who owns award-winning independent car and van servicing centre, MotorServ-UK, located in Monkspath, Solihull, has introduced a no-strings £15 MOT only fee for an indefinite time period.
