40 storey-tower plans for former Bauer Millett site in Manchester revealed

Plans for a 40-storey landmark residential tower providing around 350 new apartments have been proposed for the former Bauer Millett showrooms in Manchester.

Ask Real Estate and SimpsonHaugh and Partners unveiled the proposals at MIPIM today.

To support Manchester’s continued economic growth, a 240,000 sq ft Grade A 14 storey office building is also planned together with new retail floorspace for bars, restaurants and shops bringing people back in to the arches and creating an active frontage along Great Bridgewat...
