First glimpse of Leeds’ Majestic transformation

These are the first images of how the Majestic building in Leeds city centre will look following its transformation into 65,000 sq ft offices by developer Rushbond.

Due to start this summer, the landmark development, which secured planning permission at the turn of the year, will create new offices over six floors.

An additional three storeys are to be added to one of Leeds’ most iconic buildings and a three-storey height foyer will welcome employees and visitors.
