New food and drink venue for Brum as Whitbread unveils Bar + Block concept

WHITBREAD, the UK’s largest hotel, restaurant and coffee shop operator, has revealed it is launching a new restaurant concept, Beefeater Bar + Block, in Birmingham city centre next month.

Located on Waterloo Street on a site occupied until recently by Colmore Bar & Grill, Bar + Block will be an “evolved, contemporary” version of its Beefeater brand and has been designed to suit high street locations.
