Ambitious plans for £31m creative quarter in Leamington to be showcased at MIPIM

PROPOSALS to develop a new £31m creative quarter in Leamington Spa are to be showcased at the MIPIM property development event in the South of France next month.

Warwick District Council is seeking a regeneration partner to bring forward plans to restore and develop the northern part Old Town, including Spencer Yard and the Royal Pump Rooms and create new spaces and facilities for creative industries.

The town is already something of a base for gaming companies.
