Budget airline is planning to create 200 jobs at Birmingham Airport

Low cost airline jet2.com has announced it is looking to create more than 200 jobs at Birmingham Airport as it recruits 3,000 people across the UK and Europe. In Birmingham, the company said it is aiming to boost capacity next summer by more than 25%, with over 1.6 million seats on sale. As part of the expanding programme, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are launching three new destinations from Birmingham -  Bourgas in Bulgaria, Izmir in Turkey and Chania in Crete.
