Sutton restaurant taken over ahead of autumn relaunch

A Sutton Park restaurant is being taken over and relaunched by twin brothers who have been supplying ingredients to the catering trade for 15 years. Scott and Steven Lewis will create up to 30 jobs at The Boathouse, which will become The Bracebridge when it reopens in November. The pair studied at Birmingham College of Food and have worked in London restaurants including Quaglinos, La Tante Claire and the The Halkin Hotel.
