Turkish delight for Airport as airline doubles daily flights

Turkish Airlines will operate two flights to Istanbul each day from Birmingham Airport from next March as it responds to demand on its current operations. It is good news for the airport which has been affected by Monarch's administration and Primera Air suspending its flights. The second daily flight will begin on March 31 and will be operated by a 737-800.
