Developer submits planning application for urban village
The City of Wolverhampton Council’s preferred developer for housing at Bilston Urban Village has submitted an initial planning application.
Countryside will develop 450 homes across 27 acres of brownfield land south of Bilston town centre and the Black Country Route. If approved, home builder Countryside will start a detailed profiling of the site's land levels in preparation for housing, ahead of its residential planning application.
