£100,000 investment reaps rewards for restaurant
A Wolverhampton restaurant has seen a £100,000 investment in the business reap major rewards.
Bilash, which specialises in traditional and contemporary Bangladeshi cuisine, invested the money in renovating its Cheapside premises and developing new menus.
The move has seen the 35-year-old restaurant listed in the Michelin and AA Food Guides for the 15th consecutive year, whilst it has also been named by Harden’s as one of the UK’s Top Restaurants.
