Developer unveils £10m apartment scheme for site of former offices
A former office building in Birmingham city centre is set to be transformed into a 10-storey apartment block in a new £10m scheme.
Property investor The Blackmore Group has teamed up with developer Holloway City Homes to buy 76 Holloway Head, which has been vacant for more than two years.
Plans have been submitted to Birmingham City Council and work is due to start this year if permission is granted. The scheme (below) is expected to be completed towards the end of 2019.
