Charity commits £7m to major investment in services

One of the Midlands’ leading charities has committed £7m to upgrade its lifesaving service. The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is investing the funds in a new, upgraded helicopter, which will enter the fleet in January 2018. Work is currently underway on the new, larger H145 Airbus helicopter, which was originally built at Airbus’ headquarters in Donauwörth, Germany.
