Digital skills levels place Birmingham in the slow lane for growth

Birmingham needs to improve its level of digital skills if it is not to get left behind by other more tech-savvy areas, a new report has suggested. In the latest Barclays Digital Development Index, Birmingham languishes in 8th place for its level of competency. Only Glasgow and somewhat surprisingly, Bristol are rated worse in the top ten areas.
