Popular restaurant celebrates major milestone with new menu
One of Wolverhampton’s best-known restaurants is marking its 35th anniversary with the launch of a new menu.
Bilash, which was opened by chef Sitab Khan in 1982, has lined up a selection of new starters and main meals, all infused by a combination of traditional and modern Bangladeshi cuisine.
New offerings include the ‘Bilash Super’, Palak Ghosh, Keema Matar and Macher Johal, which are lined up alongsidse more established dishes.
