Constructor appointed to £4bn HCA delivery partner panel
Worcestershire construction firm Speller Metcalfe has secured a place on the Homes and Community Agency’s new Delivery Partner Panel.
The DPP3 framework will be responsible for £8bn of housing and associated development over the next four years; doubling the forecast for spending from the previous framework value.
Split into five lots, Malvern-based Speller Metcalfe has successfully secured a place on two lots across the Midlands, and South and South West regions, which has an estimated value of £3.96bn.
