Children’s cancer charity wins Love Brum funding

Love Brum has awarded £2,000 to The Society of Parents of Children with Cancer (SPoCC), which was founded by members of the medical team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. SPoCC started when staff at the hospital approached a small group of parents – some who had a child with cancer, others who had lost a child because of it.  They joined together to support each other and to help families of newly diagnosed children.
