Work is set to start on a new £15m development to transform a former Coventry department store into an exclusive new mixed-use apartment scheme.
The project will see the former Co-Op building in Corporation Street transformed into ‘The Co-Operative’, a mix of high-spec apartments, office, retail and leisure.
The initial work is on the office element of the scheme.
