St Modwen completes final phase of logistics site
Regeneration specialist St. Modwen has completed the final phase of development at its 21-acre Centurion Park logistics and distribution site near Tamworth.
The phase was completed with the delivery of the 153,000 sq ft unit known as CP153.
Longbridge-based St. Modwen launched the unit at an event attended by some of the region’s top industrial agents.
