Mailbox reveals plans for new skin clinic
One of Birmingham’s high profile shopping centres has applied for planning permission to change the use of one of its units to accommodate a new skin clinic.
The Mailbox is seeking the change of use for a 156 sqm unit on Level 3 of the centre.
The unit has an existing planning consent for retail use but needs the change of use if it is to accommodate what is classified as a D1 operator. D1 usage usually relates to the use of a site for a medical or health centre facility.
