Birmingham developer cleared to progress £270m leisure scheme
Birmingham developer Seven Capital is to progress a £270m mixed-use scheme in Swindon after agreeing a partnership with the local authority.
The company plans to redevelop the town's North Star Site into a one million sq ft regional leisure destination, making it one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
The plans have won the backing of Swindon Borough Council.
