Construction firm lands £18m of contracts with housebuilder

Birmingham-based civil engineering and groundworks specialist, M. Lambe Construction, has secured two new contracts with housebuilder Keepmoat Homes worth almost £18m. The first, worth £12.9m, is for the £360m Spirit Quarters housing redevelopment scheme in North East Coventry. This project will see more than 3,300 new homes built in the neighbourhoods of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore.
