Work has begun on the final phase of the refurbishment of a Birmingham city centre office building. Acting on behalf of the Duchy of Lancaster, KWB Property Management is managing the restoration of the public areas of New Oxford House in Waterloo Street, following the opening of the Pieminister restaurant on the ground floor last month. KWB’s Office Agency team advised on the letting of the 2,048 sq ft of ground floor and basement space to Pieminister, and the previous letting of the adjacent 6,100 sq ft of ground floor space...
