University building set for luxury apartment scheme
A former Open University building in Birmingham is set to undergo a complete transformation under plans to turn it into a luxury apartment complex.
The CopperBox development, led by property developer Seven Capital, will see the old office block in High Street, Harborne, converted into a mix of 56 studio and one bedroom apartments.
