Respected business figure relinquishes top role after 16 years
One of Birmingham’s most respected business figures is to step down from a role he has held for the past 16 years.
John Crabtree is relinquishing his role as chairman of trustees at Birmingham Hippodrome.
He will continue in an informal ambassadorial role for the theatre alongside his many other corporate and charitable activities, and in his new capacity as Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands.
