Bar operator agrees first letting in Birmingham’s Southside
A retail unit in Birmingham’s Southside district has been let to a bar operator under a deal brokered by property consultant Pennycuick Collins.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord client, the firm has agreed a let with Bar Away for 3 Thorp Street, close to the Birmingham Hippodrome.
Bar Away, established in 2009, provides pop-up bars at live music, sporting and food events and festivals but the 4,479 sq ft premises in Thorp Street will serve as the company’s first permanent owned and managed venue.
