Bar operator agrees first letting in Birmingham’s Southside

A retail unit in Birmingham’s Southside district has been let to a bar operator under a deal brokered by property consultant Pennycuick Collins. Acting on behalf of a private landlord client, the firm has agreed a let with Bar Away for 3 Thorp Street, close to the Birmingham Hippodrome.
