Green light for new Digital Enterprise Hub

MOVES to refurbish a former nightclub and create a new Digital Enterprise Hub in Oldham have been approved by the town’s council.

Oldham Council’s cabinet has given the green light to start work to repair and renovate the former Wahoo nightclub – as well as the adjacent former Kiss bar – on Yorkshire Street in the heart of the town’s Independent Quarter.

Both properties are local authority-owned and form part of the same terrace.
