Wates Construction has been appointed to build a new £30m 200-bedroom, 4-star hotel by Liverpool City Council as part of the city’s waterfront regeneration project. The hotel will support and supplement the city’s new cruise liner terminal at Princes Dock, which, once built, will accommodate the world’s largest cruise ships, helping to boost Liverpool’s economy by creating a world-class tourist destination.
