Engineering firm acquires building products firm
Derbyshire firm Vista Engineering has acquired a Yorkshire steel business for an undisclosed amount.
Wakefield-based BPC Building Products is a manufacturer of steel construction connectors.
Vista Engineering, which has its headquarters in Whaley Bridge, says the move will see the group strengthen its position in the UK market and enhance its product range.
Vista Engineering is a manufacturer of wall ties, fixings and ancillary products.
