THE M60 anti-clockwise in Greater Manchester has long delays between J18 (Simister/M66) and J13 (Swinton).
This is due to an on-going incident between J15 and J13 which is being attended by all emergency services.
There are also delays for traffic heading southbound on the M61 from J2 due to traffic queues intending to merge onto the M60 anti-clockwise carriageway.
